Who We Are
Building Blocks Behavior Consultants was founded in 2006 with the goal of serving families of children with special needs.  Our team at Building Blocks is comprised of highly trained and dedicated behavior therapists, consultants and clinical supervisors who excel in aiding families incorporate Applied Behavior Analysis as part of their daily routines.

  1. Early Autism Treatment
    Building Blocks provides ABA services to children from 15 months to 18 years of age. Our programs are tailored to work individually with each child and parents to increase independence in the home and community.
  2. Adaptive Skills Training
    Our Adaptive Skills Training program aims at enhancing the quality of life of individuals with special needs and their families through parent training.
  3. Parent Training
    Building Blocks Parent Trainings are offered in a group setting amounting to 12 hours of instruction. Parents should expect to achieve a basic understanding of ABA principles and be ready to apply them at home.
  4. Social Skills Groups
    Our groups focus on play, socialization and executive functioning skills with a ratio of 3:1. Playgroups are geared towards children ages 3yrs-12yrs old.
Our Team
      Building Blocks Behavior Consultants Inc. is dedicated  to delivering the highest quality of services to individuals and their families.  Director; Mila Zea holds a Masters degree in Education and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.  Ms. Zea has over 18 years of experience working with individuals with special needs.  Building Blocks Staff have a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis and undergo intensive training on all ABA concepts by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).  Building Blocks staff participate in bimonthly trainings and attend workshops to enhance their knowledge of ABA principles.
